The opening ceremony began with the laying of flowers at the “Partisan Glory” memorial sign at the Military History Museum. The memory of the defenders of the Motherland was honored by the head of the Drogichinsky district Alexander Doroshenko, the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Brest Regional Executive Committee Major General Oleg Shulyakovsky, representatives of the internal affairs bodies, labor collectives and the public. Then the ceremony continued in the assembly hall of the gymnasium.
Chairman of the district executive committee Alexander Doroshenko noted that the opening of the military-patriotic club is a landmark event for our region.
“I am confident that the club will unite our youth with a common goal - to preserve the heritage and memory of the heroes who defended our country, and will also provide the children with the opportunity to develop their leadership qualities, set high goals and take an active life position. It is here that young people will join the profession of law enforcement officers, acquire the skills, knowledge and skills to fulfill their sacred duty, ensure order, tranquility and security of the Motherland. – Alexander Vitalievich emphasized. “I would like to express my gratitude for the support provided in opening the club to the internal affairs department of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, the regional department of internal affairs, as well as like-minded people Alexander Viktorovich Masalsky and Pavel Viktorovich Yakuta.”
Addressing those present at the gala event. The head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, Major General Oleg Shulyakovsky, expressed his gratitude to the parents of the gymnasium students who supported their children’s decision to join the military-patriotic club “Vysota”. To strengthen the material and technical base of the club, the major general of the police presented its participants with sports equipment.
– Congratulations to all the guys on joining the club. I assure you that the training will be interesting, useful and educational for you. You will take part in all events organized by police officers of the Brest region, participate in various holidays, open days, we will go on excursions with you and visit iconic places of our country,” said Oleg Nikolaevich.
For the solemn oath and presentation of certificates, members of the military-patriotic club “Vysota” Ksenia Zakharik, Konstantin Kolosey, Dmitry Mazur, Roman Matskevich, Anna Motuzko, Diana Novik, Ulyana Okhremchik, Daria Rumachik, Ivan Senkovets, Maxim Sobchuk, Daniil Shelyagovich were invited to the stage and Diana Shingirei. In memory of the significant day and in honor of Police Day, the club students presented a memorable gift to Oleg Shulyakovsky.
After the completion of the ceremonial part, the guests of the event were invited to the opening ceremony of the office of the military-patriotic club “Vysota”. His students included 12 students in grades 8 and 9.
