The Pinsk Interdistrict Inspectorate brings information to hunting and fishing enthusiasts for the month of March!

 Hunting allowed:


on a wild boar;

beaver otter;

from March 9 on white-fronted goose, bean goose, gray goose, Canada goose, cormorant, rock dove, gray heron, great white heron, male mallards, wigeons, goldeneyes, shovelers, tufted ducks, teal, whistling teal, ducks sulfur (during daylight hours, except from 12 to 18 hours);

from March 16 for male woodcock on draft (from 18 to 22 hours);

for a wolf, jackal, fox, raccoon dog, gray crow, magpie (for any legal presence in hunting grounds for hunting purposes).

A ban on fishing for common catfish, as well as recreational and commercial fishing of all types of fish in wintering pits.

From March 1, fishing for common pike is prohibited in fishing grounds in the Brest, Gomel, Grodno, Minsk and Mogilev regions and will last until April 15. In the Vitebsk region, this ban comes into force on March 9 and will last until April 23.

From March 20, in the fishing grounds of the Brest and Gomel regions, amateur fishing is allowed using one fishing rod with one hook or one spinning rod, equipped with one artificial bait, having no more than two single, or double, or triple hooks, during daylight hours without entering the water or from ice, from artificial structures for which there are no restrictions and prohibitions, and the use of small vessels is prohibited.
