Home delivery of medicines. A new service is being developed in Belarus

13/02/2024 10:02
Now residents of the country can use Belpochta courier delivery to receive medications, medical products and other goods from the pharmacy range ordered at the pharmacy without leaving their home or office.
The new service is not yet available throughout the country, but only in Minsk and Borisov, as well as in the Minsk and Vitebsk regions. But work in this direction continues. According to Belpochta General Director Svetlana Yurkevich, they have reached the stage of concluding an agreement for the delivery of medicines in the Brest and Mogilev regions. Moreover, the service will be available in every locality in these regions.

The partners of the Belposhta project are the state pharmacy chains: Belpharmacy, Vitebsk Pharmacy and Minsk Pharmacy. Private pharmacies, according to Belarusian legislation, do not have the right to carry out drug delivery activities, but can only form an order for a client who will come and pick up the drugs.

To use the new service, Belarusians need to go to the website of an online pharmacy store and order the necessary drugs or medical products. Belpochta will deliver the order and promises to do it promptly. If the application is submitted within the city, the courier with the parcel will arrive to the customer on the same day, but if in a rural area, you will have to wait until tomorrow.

By the way, for order amounts over 50 rubles, delivery is free. If less, then you will have to pay 8 rubles for courier services.
