On March 12, the process of nominating candidates from the deputy corps and civil society subjects to the All-Belarusian People's Assembly began.

 The Supreme National Assembly is the highest representative body of democracy in Belarus. In 2024, in its current status, the people's council will begin the countdown of a new period in the history of the country. As the President of the country A.G. Lukashenko noted: “The All-Belarusian People's Assembly is a stabilizer of society at all stages of its development, its main goal is an open and constructive dialogue between all participants in the social process, identifying the most promising directions for the development of Belarus, formulating strategic objectives for the future ."
Along with the President, the Supreme Council will include representatives of the legislative, judicial and executive powers, as well as local Councils of Deputies and civil society.

From the deputy corps, the right to participate in the elections of delegates to the Supreme National Assembly is vested in local Councils of Deputies. The presidiums of local Councils of Deputies at the regional and basic levels, and Councils at the primary territorial level have the right to nominate their representatives to the Supreme Council.

Today, Lyubov Stepanovna Makarevich was elected as a candidate for delegate to the All-Belarusian People's Assembly from the Nemerzhansky Village Council. Lyubov Stepanovna has been working in the livestock industry for 27 years, she started as a calf farmer on the collective farm “30 Years of the BSSR”, worked as a livestock breeder, and since 2015 she has been the chief livestock specialist of Alekseevichi-Agro OJSC.
