Manages the activities of the district executive committee;
distributes responsibilities between the first deputy, deputy chairmen and the manager of the district executive committee, coordinates their activities;
makes personnel decisions.

Supervises issues:

implementation of state personnel policy;
work of the executive committees of the Drogichinsky district;
general management of the activities of organizations subordinate to the district executive committee;
mobilization plans and civil defense.

council for coordinating the actions of administrative, law enforcement agencies, control services;
commission for assigning classes to civil servants;
commission for certification of employees of executive and administrative bodies of the district at the primary and basic levels and heads of business entities of district communal property;
coordinating council for the protection of material and spiritual heritage;
Defense Council of Drogichinsky District;
Council for Demographic Security of Drogichinsky District.
