Manages the construction, fuel and energy complexes and road infrastructure of the Drogichinsky district, housing and communal services, transport and communications;
coordinates the activities of services to prevent and eliminate the consequences of accidents and natural disasters, including issues of eliminating the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
Supervises issues:
- construction activities, architecture, urban planning and housing construction;
- developing a concept for the improvement of the city and settlements of the region;
- state construction supervision;
- gasification;
- formation and implementation of energy saving policies;
- energy and energy saving, regardless of the form of ownership of the organization;
- road activities, roadside service infrastructure, road safety; communications and information; construction of gas stations;
- distribution of wood for individuals for the repair of residential buildings, outbuildings, construction and reconstruction of housing;
- fulfillment of social standards for serving the population of the region in supervised industries;
- collection (processing, disposal) of secondary material resources and municipal waste;
- timely payment of wages to employees in supervised industries;
- work of organizations of railway, road, river and air transport, communications.
Coordinates activities:
- enterprises and organizations of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus;
- construction organizations and enterprises producing building materials;
- construction design organizations;
- fire safety, emergency situations;
- banks in terms of financing the construction of facilities and the activities of construction organizations;
- subsidiary municipal unitary enterprise for capital construction "UKS Drogichinsky district";
- Drogichinsky Bureau of the Berezovsky Branch of the Republican Unitary Enterprise "Brest Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre";
- branch "Drogichinsky district sales service" of the Brest regional unitary enterprise "Housing and Communal Services Administration";
- communal unitary diversified production enterprise of housing and communal services "Drogichinsky housing and communal services";
- Drogichinsky district organization of the Republican state-public association “Belarusian Republican Water Rescue Society”;
- Drogichinsky district department for emergency situations;
- road construction and operational organizations;
- state traffic inspectors;
- transport enterprises of all types of ownership;
- Drogichinsky gas supply district of the Berezagaz production department;
- branch of the Republican Unitary Electricity Enterprise "Brestenergo" Pinsk Electric Networks "Drogichinsky District of Electric Networks";
- energy enterprises and organizations, all types of property;
- Drogichinsky district electrical communication center of the Brest branch of the republican unitary enterprise "Beltelecom" and the Drogichinsky regional postal communication center of the Brest branch of the republican unitary enterprise "Belpochta".
- Headed by:
- public procurement commission for the needs of the district executive committee for conducting negotiations and bidding (contract bidding) for the selection of suppliers (contractors, performers) during construction;
- Commission for Emergency Situations under the District Executive Committee;
- road safety commission;
- an interdepartmental commission to consider issues of declaring residential premises unsuitable for habitation or non-compliance with sanitary and technical requirements;
- public commission on housing issues;
- a commission to provide citizens with one-time subsidies for the construction (reconstruction) or purchase of residential premises, and the allocation of preferential loans;
- commission for improvement and sanitary conditions;
- commission to establish the status of citizens affected by the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and other radiation accidents.
Manages the activities of:
- Department of Architecture, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the District Executive Committee.
Provides general control over compliance with the following requirements:
- Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated March 4, 2019 No. 7 “On the improvement and development of the country’s housing and communal services”;
