- Manages the activities of the district executive committee;
- distributes responsibilities between the first deputy, deputy chairmen and the manager of the district executive committee, coordinates their activities;
- makes personnel decisions.
Supervises issues:
- implementation of state personnel policy;
- work of the executive committees of the Drogichinsky district;
- general management of the activities of organizations subordinate to the district executive committee;
- mobilization plans and civil defense.

- Defense Council of Drogichinsky District;
- Council for Demographic Security of Drogichinsky District.
