Manages the administrative and economic activities of the district executive committee.


Supervises issues:


  •  
  • coordinating the activities of lower executive and administrative bodies on the creation and functioning of the “one window” service;
  • monitoring the implementation of the annual work plan of the district executive committee;
  • planning and regulations of the district executive committee;
  • coordination of the work of the apparatus, departments and departments of the district executive committee, rural executive committees on issues of compliance with the Regulations of the district executive committee and internal regulations;
  • organization of office work and control over its management;
  • issues of appeals from citizens and legal entities, monitoring their resolution;
  • preparation of draft decisions and orders;
  • agenda of the meeting of the district executive committee;
  • exercising control over the timely provision of draft decisions and necessary materials for them;
  • issues of monitoring the implementation of decisions, orders, instructions;
  • management of organizational and technical preparation of meetings of the district executive committee;
  • making proposals to remove decisions of the district executive committee from control;
  • organizing a study of the state of control and execution of documents in departments, directorates, and rural executive committees;
  • informing the leadership of the district executive committee about documents of higher executive and administrative bodies, monitoring the implementation of their resolutions;
  • control over the execution of documents and office work;
  • maintenance and security of the district executive committee building.

  • public procurement commission for the needs of the district executive committee for conducting negotiations and bidding (contract bidding) for the selection of suppliers (contractors, performers) during construction;
  • working group on coordination of work with citizens and de-bureaucratization.

  • legal department of the district executive committee;
  • sector for working with appeals from citizens and legal entities;
  • “one window” services;
  • institution "Drogichinsky regional archive";
  • accounting and reporting groups of the district executive committee;
